Guru I don’t understand one thing. In one video you said that the history of Shiva extends to 15000 years ago only. But the creation of the universe is far older than that even God have no explanations to a time line of it. As we all know it is a continuous circle of birth. So how does Shiva become the oblivion factor of the universe??? Thank you. I appreciate if anyone can give me the clarity.

Very few individuals on the earth can open the chakra’s above the crown that are not really chakra’s within the human system. However this so good advice for anyone sensitive to subtle energies. Hair is for protection and many yogi’s who loose hair or shave wear a hat or shawl. Men like to cut their hair short to be attractive reducing their energy more to the lower centers where it tends to focus. Similarly releasing semen is not automatically a loss but rather their energy is often more stable at the lower chakras caught in the physical senses nor will they likely succeed in the material world instead all quite violent and the woman for some reason pretend to want nurturing but actually go for the bread winner instinctually. Thus you haven’t any hope for world peace.

Oh my goodness.. finally I have confirmation for what I’ve seen since childhood. My brothers both shaved their heads in the summer and immediately afterward they’d act completely insane. Jumping around, making loud noises, getting in everyone’s face. I knew it had something to do with them shaving their head. Now I know! I’ve seen this in other people too though not very often since most people don’t shave their heads anymore.

1st. Balance is not a state, equilibrium is. Balance is an ability/skill to keep you in equilibrium. Sadhguru should know the difference. 2nd. Calling this practice a Kriya is a false. "I'm not the body, I'm not even the mind" is an affirmation. powerful one, yes, because it creates (if done properly) a distance between your awareness and the subject of your awareness. Yoga uses affirmations, imaginations, Yogsanas, breathing exercises, mantras, Yantras, Mudras... as tools to enhance your awareness. Tragedy of Yoga these days is that tools are called Yoga, and the real thing is not even considered. It is as if (not the best analogy, but let me try) you are after best ingredients for a curry, best spices, best veggies, best fish/chicken, best ghee, best stove and best pan etc. and you gather them and call them curry without actually cooking the meal. Cooking is an art. How much heat, how much ingredients, when to apply them, how to steer, toss, when to just wait and do nothing... I'm not saying that in Isha Ashram is no cooking, because I know there is a lot of cooking, but as for the state of Yoga world-wide, sadly, not much cooking.
